riding in a Group, all with the same W/k, my Avatar gets to the back and stays on the left or right side without trying to get in the Draft again… getting back into the Group is hard work then…

riding at the end of Group - loosing connection of the Group without doing anything
overtaking one rider or a Group with a bunch of riders - some get on, some are stuck behind those riders and loose the group… not very helpful
i dont know why but sometimes it seems my Avatar is not “seeking” the Draft - it seems he tries to avoid any kind of drafting…

I’m happily riding second or third wheel, then a big bunch join us from behind and you have no idea how many they number, and as a result I’m suddenly I’m out on the left and stuck there no matter what. How do I get in? While I’m out there has my drafting benefit been lost… or is it that Zwift has to put you somewhere and despite being in the wind you are still qualifying the drafting bonus?

Massive one yesterday - and i really cannot understand why this is happening (seeing it everywhere)
Last 5k on the Castelli Giro - perfect Group for me with 11 rider - working well together with 3,5w/k, i am in the middle of the bunch while passing two riders with about 2,5w/k… the whole bunch is passing,instead of me and another one.
Our Avatar wanted to ride with these 2 riders… maybe that they are not alone or whatever *lol*
What Zwift REALLY needs is numerical drafting gauge to show how many watts you are saving in the slipstream. Tour de Giro had this and it was extremely useful. I suspect they don’t put this in (it’s an obvious inclusion with the metric oriented nature of Zwift) is that they don’t want people whining that their wattage savings should not be fluctuating or should be more…
Ive noticed this problem get worse recently too. Happily riding along with a small group, working well together, we catch another small group and half of my group pass with no problem and the rest seem to stick to the slower group. Not much fun watching the group you were in disappear into the distance.
