DQ on W/kg in Racing Score Race

Race ID: #4499974 What is the reason that a bunch of riders got a DQ on W/kg when riding in a race that’s a ZRS race!?

Could this be fixed?

Incorrect setup I’d guess, if it’s a non zhq race then you’ll need to contact the organiser

Looks like that event is operated by JOIN and they have a contact form over here: https://help.join.cc/hc/en-150

They have the ability to correct it in ZwiftPower, and they should. (If they don’t, then I would avoid their events.)

Yes, and to add to that I forgot to mention that events that were already on ZwiftPower before the deploy were not updated with the enforcement changes so they need to be manually updated.
I’ve been doing that as well.

The Team INOX one I got a w/kg for a few weeks back using ZRS later “fixed” it in ZP by moving everyone who got the w/kg in C to the B cat in ZP.

Hello,

I discovered in this event Cycle Nation High Noon Dash last wednesday the same problem. I started in the class that has been mentioned and in zwiftpower I am dq like 6 of 7 in the group. The race is organized by cyclenation and I do not know how to contact them to correct it. In the zwift app it looks ok.
