Do I need to do WO 1 again?

This is my first time on ZA and just completed WO 1. Had a good w/o but only got half stars on 2 of the recovery sections because I rode those intervals at lower wattage than suggested so that that I could go at higher cadence to spin my legs out.Will this prevent my sprint/tempo free rides from being considered in standings? Do I need to do the w/o again?

Are you going after the pro contract? If not, don’t worry about it.

I have done all six workouts already and a few of them had half stars where I was above or below watts required for the recovery section.

Still got the completion for the workout.

I don’t care about the pro contract and admittedly 10w difference on a 150w for 1 minute recovery section is nothing.

You could do the workout again if you wanted to try and do it better however just for your own benefit. But will you do better in the free ride sections? Those are what matter.
