Please disable sticky draft when in workout mode. It causes me to get stuck behind riders putting out much fewer watts per kilogram than I am; sometimes I have come to a dead stop behind riders who are paused! Stopping pedaling in a workout or slowing down is not really possible in a workout, and even if you do, you just catch right back up to the rider and get stuck again. I have been riding routes while doing a workout, so that is why it matters in the first place. Slowing down, getting stuck, or reversing direction affects how far I can ride during a workout. Plus, when you are in workout mode, you don’t care about drafting dynamics.
I agree with others who have suggested disabling it or tamping down the effect when climbing, even when not in workout mode. This is usually where it affects me in workouts anyway.
