"I have completed two routes chosen in the swift-app. In swift they were shown as routes in France, but both turned out in my Garmin connect as routes in New Caledonia (East of Australia). Can anyone explain?

France routes are not real France routes like Paris is really Paris or London is London.
You have the same with Makuri for example. The GPS coordinates won’t be linked to a real world location as you expect. So you can ride a France route but it won’t be located in real world in France 
By the way it’s not a bug
