I’ve been cycling with Zwift since a couple of weeks, using different Zwift workouts and all the data got properly registered into my iPhone’s Health app and Fitness/Activity app.
Yesterday I made my first new custom workout and ran it today, but now there is no entry of the Zwift cycle event in my Fitness/Activity app. The duration and calories are registered in this app, visible through the ‘ring’ symbol.
Could it be that a custom workout has a (known?) bug regarding the Fitness/Activity app/
Or am I missing something/doing it wrong somehow?
Hello @B_BlindSpot! Welcome to the forums and welcome to Zwift!
Zwift doesn’t officially support Apple Health as a connected app, so the experience can be different across different devices. If you are not Zwifting using an iOS device, your activities will not upload directly from Zwift into Apple Health.
If you’re happy with your current Zwift device setup, but want to see your Zwift activities tracked in your Health app for metrics such as cycling distance, I recommend that you connect your Zwift account to a supported third-party fitness tracking account, and then link your third party account to your Health app (e.g. Strava or Garmin Connect). Any activity you save in Zwift will automatically upload to the linked third-party app, and that third-party partner will then upload to the Health App under their own procedure.
