Create Running Workouts

Hi there. Hope you are all doing fine.

I’m new to ZWIFT and was just wondering if it is possible to create my own running workouts in the ZWIFT App, e.g. 5x2000 with a pause of 800m.

I use this.

It allows me to create custom RUNNING workouts, save them and import them into zwift. It requires a computer and the ability to copy files but it’s no biggie. And it works pretty well for me.
