Last 2 weeks Zwift has completely crashed and requires a full restart during group events around 20-30 mins into the ride. Also, Companion app messages are becoming quite delayed. As a regular ride leader, please have someone look into this ASAP? @shooj or @Francisco_J (I see others may have had similar experiences. Running all the latest updates and PC drivers etc., I use the Nvidia RTX3060). No other PC issues to report. Only the Zwift program crashes - no freeze or error is visible on screen.
Zwift crashed on me two rides ago–26km+ into the 28+km stage 4 of the Big Spin. So that was later than your 20-30 min time frame, but hard crash. No signs of anything wrong before it happened. I did have a screen freeze for a long 5 seconds maybe, followed by crash. Also on Win 11, and 1.86.
Have had zero problems with crashing really ever…maybe once years ago?
Did stage 4 again today, no crash, everything worked fine. But another data point from my ride the other day if anyone is going to look into it.
For Zwift, it’s usually safest to run the not-latest Nvidia drivers obtained from Microsoft so I would try that if you are running newer drivers from Nvidia.
I think I will send those in, as they shorted me about 1.5km when the activity eventually turned up in my feed. Wouldn’t care if not for the bike upgrade progress

Please contact my Support colleagues so we can do some one-on-one troubleshooting on your particular machine. We don’t allow uploads of system crash logs on this forum, which might be helpful to diagnose what’s happening.
