Connection problems with bkool pro trainer

Bkool pro wont connect to controllable on zwift no matter what I do…been at it two days now please help.ive tried everything and I’m desperate.

Hi Michelle, What platform are you running Zwift on? Does Zwift recognize your trainer when you select “Power Source”?

@Michelle_Sheldon_Her along with Bob’s questions, what connection method are you using? Bluetooth from your computer/device, Bluetooth through the Companion App, ANT+? This seems to be a common challenge on new setup startup and can usually be solved with enough information and some exploration to find and solve the problem. I went through a lot of this and thus try to help folks out. The more info you can provide, the better we can do to help you out.

There is a great guide of what info to provide that helps folks debug issues. Please see the forum topic Guide to Getting Useful Support and toss back the info suggested there and we’ll see what we can do to help you get Zwift running.

Hi, I know I’m probably a little late to this, but I have just picked up a bkool pro cheap and wanting to connect it to zwift.

I am using windows 10 laptop and have both Bluetooth and ant+ connectivity on it. Zwift sees the turbo speed sensor but not the resistance controller. I have been reading up on using older versions of the bkool app to select ant+efc but I have downloaded the old version of the app, updated the version.dat file so it won’t update, but when I try to sign in, I get an error saying can’t connect to game servers. I’m guessing cause the version is too old.

Do you have any idea what I can do now to get this working please?

Thanks.
