Connecting to life fitness IC6 using CooSpoANT +

hi, i am getting my life fitness IC6 tomorrow and i would love to connect Zwift. I heard CooSpoANT works with Mac very well.

But i am very new to Zwift and biking, if someone has done this, can you please help me step by step.

  1. how to connect my bike to my Mac via Zwift and the My mac to TV.
