Connect Oura to Zwift: Your Daily Readiness, Now in Companion

Hello Zwifters,

Oura members can now connect their account to Zwift and view their daily Readiness Score directly in Zwift Companion. Once connected, Zwift can also use your score to adapt your personalized recommendations to better fit your needs each day.

Getting connected
Connect your Oura account through the Connections page on the Zwift website or in Zwift Companion. You can disconnect through either at any time. Here’s how.

Finding your Readiness Score
Once connected, you can view your Oura Readiness Score in Zwift Companion:

  • On the Training Score screen, accessed from Home.

  • In your weekly Fitness Trends data in the Plan tab.

Using both Oura and WHOOP?

If you’ve connected both accounts, select your default source on the Connections page in Zwift Companion.

Give it a try and let us know what you think!

This is awesome thx Zwift crew :ride_on:

Oh man, I just cancelled my Oura subscription - ring’s power could not last a full day and its my second ring, so I didn’t feel like going through a second replacement flow. I guess I have until December when the year subscription runs out to try it out.

Nice one. Shame we can’t get Garmin Training Readiness. < shakes fist at Garmin >

Now if we can only get Zwift to import the activity data from Oura, since all my Strava activities show up there, including all the ones that Zwift has no idea of, it would actually show valid data in the Fitness pane on ZCA

Don’t know if would need the Garmin Training Readiness - but it would be nice if Zwift could access Sleep Score, Body Battery and so on (weight!)

You mean like what they told DCR back in March but are still unwilling to comment on.

I do wonder if this integration was foiled afterward by Garmin’s acquisition of Training Peaks and their TPV platform.

Cool beans, so when will proper Apple Health support be added for the same functionality? Or has Apple Health been abandoned?
