I went to log in on my MacBook after a couple of weeks of not using it, and can’t get beyond the log in page. I first get a message saying my password isn’t correct, then get a message saying ‘Failed to log in. Check internet connection’.
Have tried rebooting, reinstalling the app, creating a new user, tethering to my phone etc. to no avail. I can use my account on my iPhone with no issues - same login and same wifi.
It’s a work laptop, so it’s possible that some software has been remotely updated in the interim. I was also asked to update the Zwift software when I opened it too.
Hello @Paul_Fisher2 welcome to the forums! This a not-totally-uncommon experience for Zwifters who use work computers to Zwift. Enterprise level network security programs or productivity-tracking software will often block the network access the Zwift app needs in order to connect to the Zwift servers.
You may want to share the linked page with the proper team at work to see if an exception can be made in the software to utilize the necessary TCP and UDP ports. Otherwise, you could see if temporarily disabling the software while Zwifting is an option.
I hope that helps get you back Zwifting on your preferred device!
