Try contacting support. Persist with the chat bot until it lets you reach a person or open a support request.
In my view of the shop from the US, it looks like PayPal is also accepted if that’s an option for you.
There some other trainers at a similar price point now if Zwift can’t figure out how to take your money. Many of them recently lowered prices.
