Title says it all pretty much. Can meetup organizers enable steering, or would it be enabled by default, or disabled by default?
It’s not an optional setting for Meetups, so I assume it’s the same as a free ride - i.e. steering is allowed. But I don’t have steering to be able to try that out.
I wasn’t sure, there seem to be lots of options regular event organizers can select from, but was curious if steering is one of them for meetups.
Enabling or disabling steering is not one of the options for meetups. It’s like a freeride so it’s on all the time.

Ok, good to hear. I thought meetups might be more like private events, and we know that for the regular events the default is disabled steering and there’s no option to enable without direct ZHQ intervention.
