Can a level 7 rider join event that includes jungle circuit?

I’ve been a long standing Zwifter, but my wife just recently joined. She’s ridden up to level 7 to date.

Can she join an event that includes the Level 10 restricted Myan Jungle Circuit?

Any race or group workout set for that course will take you there.
