I’m using Apple products and a brand new, out of the box Garmin speed sensor 2 and cadence sensor 2. My Garmin watch will show cadence of 100 and Zwift will show 60 and sits there. How do we fix this? It’s a deal breaker to the app if we don’t get this working properly.
Wife had similar problems with cadence staying around 60, she was pairing it to a Mac computer. I had a Garmin usb ANT dongle laying around, plugged it in and the problem was fixed.

This worked great! The cadence wasn’t working properly on either my iphone or iPad. Using my iMac with the Garmin dongle plugged into the USB worked! So happy. My Garmin heart rate monitor works as well,
