This evening I encountered an issue with the cadence display in Zwift. I use a Computrainer with the original wired cadence sensor (not a puck). During my ride tonight, my cadence was over-reported by roughly 15-25 rpm. My cadence displayed correctly on my Computrainer controller, but was overstated on the Zwift display.
I am having this issue also and created a ticket for support. Ticket #2421
Did you have any luck with a resolution for this issue? I’m still having the same issue where Zwift at times over-reports cadence by 20 rpm at times.
I still have not heard back from the support team at Zwift. I have even replied back to the ticket and no response. Sorry.
