bluetooth connection problem with windows 10

Hi

I bought a new Windows 10 computer and I am unable to connect my Tacx Smart Flow via bluetooth. In the settings of Windows 10, the tacx is recognized but in the app the bluetooth isn’t even switch on. Can somebody give me a hint to solve this. Thank you.

You would need to use the Zwift Mobile Link to bridge the Bluetooth connection to the PC or a better option is to use a ANT+ dongle and a USB extension.

A second vote for getting the ANT+ USB dongle. Garmin, Suunto and others sell them
