Last year I bought a Bkool Smart Go. Was working fine on Zwift last spring (the last time I rode Zwift) as a non supported trainer. Now back in cooler weather and back on indoor trainers. Started using Bkool Sim this year. Like it. But imagine my surprise when I find out Bkool is not longer in the Trainer Hardware business.
So if you have a Bkool, Supposedly your warranty and support is still going to be honored, but for how long? So we Bkool owners are kinda on our own.
