Guys…

I didn’t want to do this as a post, but there is no way to contact you directly.  I signed up for the trial, but found I don’t use it.  My credit card got banged last month in spite of the fact that I thought I had cancelled the trial.  
As you can see, I haven’t used it.  Can I please get the $10 refunded?  It’s not a lotof money, but it’s the principal of it.

I see that you finally cancelled right before you posted but I’ll go ahead and refund your last $10, however.
