beginner really beginner plan 6 week, 12 week ?

i ride 10 mph, 30 min a day, 65 watts, and would like to get better. is there a beginner program  for real beginner to get to the advanced? 

There are a few workouts out there, most of them require about an hour of riding. You can look at the “6 week FTP Builder”. You need to know what your FTP is, you can do a FTP test or you can set it at 70 as a start. 

You can also just ride and have fun, before you know it you will be doing100w for 45min.
