I have been experiencing this issue for at least a year. I have the 4th Gen Apple TV HD. I’ve done everything (uninstall/reinstall Zwift, update Zwift, update iOS, reset the Apple TV, force quit after using the app). Nothing helps. I can’t do anything else on my end. Zwift needs to fix this.

I used to have this problem all the time. It’s not as frequent as it used to be.
