App not working, can't log in

Super frustrating.  Rush home from work, pressed for time, kid to bed, change clothes, set up the trainer and…no go. 

Free trial about to end, need more reliability before paying for this.

The phone app? Or the game? And can we have more details about it not working? Is it crashing? Are you not paired? Are you paired but not moving? Are you stopping every few seconds?

On my phone it won’t even load…

Me too. The game on my laptop.

Have previously logged in with saved details, and was logged in about an hour ago to download the latest update.

Now it says login failed, check internet connection, even though I’m online.

Tried restarting the program but same result.
