App has disappeared from both of my Samsung A13 phones. Hadn’t used for a few weeks. Won’t download either. Help please!

I understand how important can be for you to use the app but this is gone form your devices and can be confusing.
I’d like to ask you if you have the devices updated (Android system) and if you do, what’s the error that shows up when you try to download the app, you can share a screenshot with us so we can have a better view or you can open a support ticket and will provide one-on-one support, click here.

Clearing the Play store cache sometimes helps…
Android14. It has been updated recently.
Go into the settings on your phone and check that it hasn’t been added to the sleeping or deep sleeping apps list, if that fails to find it, go onto the playstore on a pc, search for Zwift, and it should show what of your devices it is installed on, and which devices on your account you can install it on
Thanks for your help, Martin. It says my phones are not compatible but an ancient S8 is fine. Unbelievable
That’s really strange, be interesting to hear if Zwift non existent support can cast any light
I would contact Zwift support. Go through the chatbot and tell it that its suggestions don’t help, and it should give you a form to let you contact Zwift support.
