Riders only come up with first initial, last name. I would like to know if those around me are male or female, especially during a sprint! Age group would be nice feature, too (like on Strava).

I think the pony tail is the obvious give away for the most part - that and most of the women’s avatars look much smaller than the men’s as they seem to be scaled by height/weight.
