Hi, I’ve installed Android beta app on my Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S smartphone, but I can not connect Zwift to my Kickr Snap Smart Trainer. I’ve tried to connect using power source, classic trainer and controlable trainer. Does anybody have the same issue?
Is the trainer connected to anything else including the phone before opening Zwift? Bluetooth only allows one connection at a time.
Hi, Paul. Yes. I’ve connected the trainer to the Wahoo app before zwift. Fortunately, I’ve solved the problem by excluding the older pairing and pairing again using Zwift. Thanks.
