You can hide it in Watopia or somewhere else and let us ride around to find it.
Then as you bump into the location the game switches to an AC75 boat for some fun sailing as a cyclor.

It’s great to see American Magic’s Cyclor squad getting the recognition they deserve. Unfortunately, things didn’t go their way, but I hope the awareness provides more cycling-related employment opportunities for more athletes.
