After a workout the choices should be.

  1. Save and quit.
  2. Save and load next Workout. Continue from this position
  3. Save and load next Workout. Continue from start position
  4. Save and start over.
  5. Quit and start over
  6. Quit

Also, why can’t you quit a workout if you’re toast and still continue to ride on the course, on the same .fit file? Or, can you?

Senario.

  • Warm up 15 minutes
  • 3 x 10 min Sweet Spot
  • Warm down 15 minutes

What I wan’t to compare afterwards is the Sweet Spot trainings. The warm is a preparation for the Sweet Spot, and the warm down is the best start of the preparation for the nest training.
