I was about 45 minutes into a 55 minute trading workout and zwift shutoff. Is there a way to resume where you were in the workout? I had to start over but started to get cramps halfway through and stopped. The training plan shows I still need to complete that workout.
Hi @Dennis_Phelan, you can skip the intervals that you already completed during a workout with the companion app pretty easily. Depending on the workout, you can try that, but it might be better just to skip it since you were close to the end and either the effort was going to be really big or mostly a cool down. Another option is to select the “I did it” link in the bottom right corner of the workout description in the training plan to get credit for it.
