Yes. Even a 13th gen iGPU will still get Basic profile, limited to 1080p. Frame rate is miles better of course. 4th gen does about 30fps on average, same as an Apple TV 4K.

My PC cost about £60 all in and runs basic profile good enough for my needs.
My needs don’t require high frame rates though so probably not for everyone.

Both. You can get a pc to run Zwift in all its glory for around £150 tops.
Drop in the ocean compared to a Kickr bike.
