Add support for Intervals.icu in the connections page to import structured workouts

Auto upload to intervals.icu

With price increases in Strava, and now an Strava API capacity issue at intervals.icu, could we not have an automatic upload from Zwift to intervals.icu in much the same way as we do for other systems like Strava, Garmin Connect etc? I would really like to see Intervals.icu integrated with Zwift, I love the platform and David is an amazing developer, there’s been new features added almost every week.
