Hi there! My rides are no longer saved - after finishing a ride and clicking save and exit, it seems to save it and it does show me all the ride details, but after that, it doesn’t show up in my activities. Not in the companion app, not in the online browser and not in Strava. I already uninstalled and reinstalled Zwift, but still same problem. Help!
This is usually caused by logging into multiple devices without corresponding logouts. Are you using more than one device for Zwift?
No, I am using it on 1 laptop only.
How is your network connection? Do you see other riders on the road when you are riding? Sounds like you are not connected to the network when saving.

Are the rides more than 2km? Shorter than that and you get nothing, which is by design.

Thank you, Mike. That might indeed have caused it, as I remember seeing nobody else on one of those rides (which I thought was just a result of being out on the bike so early and the route just being “opened” 
). What I also just did is removing all cookies and browser history, and now it seems to work again (after testing it for 2.1 km ).
Yes, they were longer. But it works again, after double checkng my connection and removing all cookies and browser history (not sure which of this did the trick). But thanks for your reply!
