It seems that so much in zwift is geared towards shedding weight or increasing aerodynamics whilst riding. While a fun challenge in itself, in the real world I tend to go the other way with it as an avid touring cyclist.
I think a zwift touring bike (maybe a take on the long haul trucker) with panniers would make for some interesting rides and group events. Instead of min-maxing weight down I can envision a slider to add weight into panniers or maybe even group rides or events where riders are encouraged to pack from one riding spot to the next.
