I think the number of people that can hold 4.7+ for one hour is very limited. But who knows, it might be something we look at.
why not just change you weight to about 100kg when you want to use a pace partner in that case?
A previously requested Feature Request that could be used to address this type of ask:

Remember that ‘Got to Level 50’ just involves time on Zwift and really don’t have much to do with speed. My power is nowhere near yours and it took me only 15 months to get to Level 50. It’s a great achievement, for sure, but really isn’t a valid argument for a faster Pace Partner.
@Nigel_Tufnel OK. How about Uber Pretzel, solo ride, in 4 hours 10 minutes, with a 46 minute ascent of the Alpe at the end (270w/4.22wkg)? Then carried on for another hour for 170km. Wkg for the whole ride was 3.63wkg
now you’re just bragging Anyone can do that on Zwift via weight and height doping.
Didn’t mean to offend/incite you. Just wanted to point out a fallacy in your argument.
the actually fast riders including the pros use the 2.5 or the 3 wkg bot to warm up like everyone else
I’d like to have this 4.7w pace partner and would use it.
Nice time. I also did Alpe the other week at 46 minutes. That was the second lap. First one was 47.
I’m a little lighter than you by the sound of it. The faster pace partners are good for making you push harder otherwise for me it’s easy to just get into a can’t be bothered mindset.
Whilst I agree to an extent about the limited numbers who would want a tougher parner , it is also the case that round about the time that pack dynamics 3 (sticky draft) was fixed Angela has lost a bit of pace for some reason . I know She is supposed to be laying down 4.2 w/kg but right now if you join her the group around her does around 3.5 w/kg to stay in formation. Bowie Brevit is actually a more challenging Partner ! So whilst it might not be a higher Pace Partner is needed what might be needed is a review of Angela at the moment to see why she has lost her legs. .
The above is further evidenced by the fact that where before you would find only a few riding with her ( good thing as that meant she was a good pace partner not messed up by riders going in front and backing off causing pace issues) you can now find quite often as many as 10 riding with her . I think many more would be able to aswell at current output .
It used to be in the old days that she would draft better too.
Those 3.2w riders could be more easily dropped as well by giving them sticky draft then sprinting away and towing Amelia along. That often happened in the jungle over that big bridge.
I’m the OP in this thread. I just received a survey from Zwift asking about potential names for new Pace Partners.
Maybe it’s happening?!
Looking forward to joining “Elite Eddy”? on the roads!
Interesting. They didn’t indicate whether or not the proposed names have to start with A, B, C, or D though.
Hey mate. While I don’t ride with AA, and most people don’t seem to understand that very few people over the age of 23 get the shot to race as a pro IRL, I don’t see Zwift adding an A+ bot.
I’m really getting back into it after a couple years of just cruising around on muscle memory, our w/kg is about the same. On my longer zwift days I’ve been riding the B grade BMTR 100 mile flat routes. It’s been doing well enough for me, especially after that 3 hour mark. When I want more sustained harder days, I’ve been doing reps up the alp. 3 has been my max before I mentally cracked. Same with Ventop. I got through about 1.5 times up all the way from the bottom before I called the ride. At least on the Alpe you have the timer in every corner that keeps you on the pedals if you wish.
