2023 UCI Qualification on Zwift

Zwift will host the third edition of the UCI Cycling Esports World Championships in February 2023. Do you think you have what it takes to become the ultimate Zwifter, and be crowned the UCI Cycling Esports World Champion?!

In collaboration with the UCI, Zwift will organize three Continental Qualifiers to the UCI 2023 Cycling Esports World Championships. The regions for this year will be Americas, Europe / Africa, and Asia / Oceania.

The top athletes in each race will be added to their national squad and awarded a place on the start line of the 2023 UCI Cycling Esports World Championships. We recommend checking with your national federation for rules and processes specific to ESports Worlds.

The number of qualification places available will differ according to the region;

Women’s Qualification Spots:

  • Americas - 8 Spots
  • Europe & Africa - 13 Spots
  • Asia & Oceania - 4 Spots

Men’s Qualification Spots:

  • Americas - 6 Spots
  • Europe & Africa - 13 Spots
  • Asia & Oceania - 6 Spots

5. EVIDENCE OF REAL LIFE OR ZWIFT EFFORTS Including files and Strava links to your BEST efforts for 5 to 15 seconds, 1 minute, 3-5 minutes, 10 to 20 minutes

Does that mean the 10-20 minute effort can be between that eg 15:00? as obviously the best 20minute effort will not be in the same ride as your best 10 min effort. Or does it have to be a 20 minute effort. Same question for the 3-5 min effort.
