As stated, if you haven’t already - please submit a support ticket. Also include your log.txt file and your windows crash report if found.
One solid step - try to see if there are updated graphics drivers for your computer. Compare the dates as well - even if your laptop/computer manufacturer says there are no new updates, it could still be years old (fun times).
“I also have the same problem” doesn’t really help us narrow it down, unfortunately.
BTW: ZwiftLauncher.exe crashed is the launcher. ZwiftApp.exe is the game. But don’t just run ZwiftApp - without running the launcher, you won’t get the updates and fixes.
