Unfortunately, the rubber of the tablet holder is now broken. This should not break under normal tension.
Where can I get a replacement?
Contact support and wait. Don’t contact them more than once or you may get a slower response.

May I ask how you faired in getting a replacement, I just got my Ride and I inadvertently broke the rubber strap installing iPad. Lesson learned. I didn’t see any updates, apologies if it’s posted. Would like to replace rather than hack it as the “bike “ is brandy new 
Bummed about the strap but things happen. Shipment was fast and complete.
