They have said that it’s not for 13 speed chains (but I haven’t tried it)

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. The Zwift Cog that is equipped on the Zwift Hub One, and the KICKR CORE Zwift One is compatible with most 8 - 12 speed bicycle drivetrains.
13-speed chains differ from brand to brand, but most are too narrow and are not compatible.
I about to order an bike with xplr 13s but also wondering what my options are regarding Zwift/kickr.
The chains used with xplr 13 is exactly the same as 12s so that shouldn’t be an problem. It’s more about the derailleur. Should that work with the Zwift cog looking at alignment?
