Hi, I’m running El Capitan v10.11.3, Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, Memory 8GB 1067 MHz DDR3, Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB and Zwift freezes my iMac to the point where I have to turn it off and on again. Help! Cheers.

The first thing you should try is reinstall Zwift on your PC and make sure you are running the latest graphics card drivers which in your case means latest OS on you iMac.
Please try this and let us know if it fixed the problem.
