Zwift Companion Release: June 29 (3.16 iOS, Android)

@Peter_Davies3
What calendar app do you use on your phone? Is it Google’s default calendar, or something else?

I just registered for tonnight’s 10pm (my time) L’Etape event, and did not see this same error message.

It took about a minute to sync, but it showed up on my calendar as expected.

I’m curious how your default calendar app is set up.

Hallo, wie und wo kann ich die Updates für Companion (Android) und Zwift App (windows-PC) durchführen?

Verzeihen Sie die Google-Übersetzung.
Update Companion aus dem Google Play Store und Zwift game app

Mini map on CA still not appearing until hitting STOP and existing from the save screen.

I´m getting mixed messages. On Zwifts web-site it says Android ver,. 7 or higher is required (Supported Devices to Run Zwift)
My Galaxy Tab S2 runs ver. 7, but I am still unable to download the update, due to the problem with “The version of ZC app is out of date”.
I´m at loss …

@Lennart_Liljeqvist welcome to zwift forums.
If you’re on Android 7, Companion should install.

Are you updating from the Play store app, or from the tablet’s Settings > Apps?

What happens if you uninstall ZC, then reinstall from Play Store?

Well, it doesn´t comply … The information given from Play Store says “Waiting to download …” showing an endlessly spinning wheel, and “This app might not be optimized for your unit.” (translated from swedish).
I did uninstall the app due to the above, but the messages persist. :frowning:

With this version I can pair my device and sensors as a balk: either all of them to the companion app or all of them to AppleTV. With previous versions I could pair two devices to ATV and one to the app which seems not possible any more.

Am I correct?

That changed some time ago, not with this version. You’re not able to split the connections any more, it’s two direct or all via the Companion app. Zwift claimed it was always intended to be like that and I guess you’re stuck with it now.
