Zwift Click and Tacx Neo

Hello,
I have the Tacx Neo on one hand, and the Zwift Click on the other hand.
Is it normal that I do not see the Click in the device to pair windows ?
Why ?
Thanks

Your trainer doesn’t support virtual shifting because Garmin hasn’t released the necessary firmware for it.

Thank you so much Paul.
However as I can change the trainer difficulty between 0 and 100% (even with my NEO), I was thinking that Zwift can control the same effect by the Click.
It is “discrete” (click) instead of “analog” (myself with the cursor).

Zwift did not implement virtual shifting in a way that would make use of arbitrary resistance changes. Instead their system calibrates you to the middle of a gear range on a virtual cassette that has specific gear ratios, so it’s more complex than simply changing the resistance by some percentage. They could have done that but they chose a different path.

thank you, I better understand now
