In the Zwift profile page I can see the values used for Category Enforcement for bike races.
I am using Zwift both for Cycling and Running and in some aspects I think I am a stronger runner than I am on the bike. VO2Max is one of the values I get higher on running vs riding bike.
For the values zMAP and VO2Max, are they only generated based on cycling sessions or is there a chance that they could be affected from running sessions? “theoretically”
Is there a theoretical chance that I might be riding a too high bike category, because the zMAP and VO2Max is enhanced due to my run performance?
