On the zwift website, The at Home Cycling & Running Virtual Training App , the activity feed is not loading (spinner keeps spinning forever). It worked fine until it stopped working a couple of days ago. This only happens on the website, the activity feed in the companion app is loading just fine.
What browser are you using?

Mine is working fine in both Firefox and Chrome.
Works for me in Firefox 156 on macOS
If you have extensions loaded, you could test with the browser in Troubleshoot Mode
It’s not loading in firefox troubleshoot mode either. It is working on my android phone in firefox, so it’s not a network or dns issue either.
Clear cache / Flush DNS?
It seems to be local to your machine.
Clearing browser cache fixed it.
