The workout Ham Sandwich is part of the “Build Me Up” Plan.
But how do you do this workout without having to wait for weeks as part of a plan?
See this post below from the BMU thread if you want to cherry pick the BMU workouts:
- Download whichever workout from the link
- Run Zwift on a PC or MAC
- copy the workout into the workout folder
- Run Zwift on your normal Zwift device
- goto Custom workout folder
