What is this Zwift icon?

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what the teal coloured icon next to my name in the attached image means?

I’ve looked around the usual Zwift sites but can’t find a mention of it.

That is the Zwift tri-academy

Why the icon appears for those who never signed for it?

If you complete a workout or an event within the academy then you will automatically be signed up and have the icon added to your profile.
