I am new to Zwift and the Wattbike. (Not to cycling though) I have started the FTP Training Plan and noticed that I am struggling with the 3rd or 4th block on each training section due to the high cadence (sometimes over120) I need to get to 85 watts for example! Surely this is wrong as I certainly wouldn’t train like this on the road. So can anybody please tell me what it is I am doing wrong? Many thanks in advance
