Walmart Game computer sale: 4K capable?

Will the system below that just went on sale at Stinkmart be able to run zwift in 4K at 60fps? Thanks.

At the moment there is an issue with the AMD RX 580 (and other AMD cards) having the option for 4k within Zwift: No 4k resolution with AMD RX590 8gb - #8 by Piotr_Wika_TeamPL

Anyways, the computer should be able to handle 4K, but you might have better performance at 1080.
