Vo2 Max booster workout

Looked up on Google for a vo2 max plan and it said there is a 2 week VO2ax booster. I realize that there are individual VO2 Max workouts but I was wondering if there is an actual structured plan with increasing VO2 max as the focus. Iver been researching it and at 50 I’m learning that there is research indicating that higher VO2 max is directly correlated to longevity and sustainability. Any insight and info would be appreciated

I searched for VO2 training plans at Whatsonzwift and didn’t turn up anything. I did see Training Peaks has a 4 week plan (Zwift compatible) for $15. I have been doing Threshold workouts and my VO2max has been rising. I am six months post knee replacement and the quick power changes of VO2 Max w/os don’t make my knee happy. I have seen the same suggestion that VO2 max level and longevity are closely related.
