I run Zwift on iPad Pro.
When Zwift first introduceert the video screenshot i had the option. After a while the feature was gone.
The option is still not available in my settings. How come After such a long time the option isnt available?
Is the any News in when this Will be available?

I have a new IPad Air (m2) and just updated to game 1.83.2 and iOS 18.3 and now have the video facility.

Which model is it? Last I heard, they were enabling the feature on all Apple mobile devices with an A12 CPU or better (iPad Pro 3rd generation or newer). If it’s older than that then the answer is probably never.

Its 2nd generation. So probably never then??
Do you maybe know why it will never be rolled out?
Because it was running on the ipad before.

Apparently the iPad Pro 2nd gen 11" model has the A12Z CPU which should get video screenshots according to the info provided by @evan-zwift
The iPad Pro 2nd gen 12.9" model has the A10X CPU which should not get the video screnshots feature and as far as I know it never has
Which one do you have? If you had the feature before then perhaps it’s the 11" model?
For the devices with a CPU older than the A12, I understand the limitation is CPU performance

That explains it almost. I have the 12,9 version.
But like i said before. I did have the option for a while. So it is or was able to run on the 2nd generation 12,9 version.
But now i atleast know i will probably never have it. At least now i can leave it be
