I would love to see a velodrome in Zwift, either for racing or FTP tests etc. I think it would be fun and a good way to introduce and expand Zwift to a new set of cyclists.

At this stage of development, I think it’s not a good idea. There are many more important features (proper race/group ride module, even some leagues, mimicing some real world epics. (Roubaix, Champs Elysée, big climbes).
I admint making a velodrome is not much of a hussle, but I don’t think so many people want to ride in a virtual velodrome, the fun is when you have a chance to try it in RL.
I’ll second Zac’s request. A velodrome is an ideal setting for fixed-distance sprint training and distance based (as opposed to time based) interval training.
Why not just vote up one of the existing requests for a velodrome?
